DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver within Metro Manila for a flat rate of Php 150.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE METRO MANILA?
We can deliver to limited areas outside Metro Manila provided that they are serviceable
by available couriers.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PROVINCES?
We can ship to provinces via Bus Liner Cargo or AP Cargo. To provide you a quotation for the shipping charges, please send us your list of orders as we need the overall weight of the items so we would know which type and size of icebox to use.
Due to the changing landscape of logistics (limitations, availability, local pandemic quarantine rules, etc.) which vary from place to place, delivery outside of Metropolitan Manila may take longer than usual. Still, we are trying our best to deliver our products as soon as possible. Please understand that we will need time to figure out how to get our products to your doorstep, if possible. Sharing your knowledge of local logistics can also help our products reach you.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?
Payment upon checkout will be facilitated by PayMongo. The following payment
methods are accepted by PayMongo: Credit Card/s and GCash. Payment channel
options will be provided for your selection upon checkout. We have partnered with
Paymongo to ensure the security of your card details.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDERS?
We deliver order/s within 1-3 days after your order/s has been confirmed. If you did not
receive your order, please notify us by going to our “Contact Us” tab and send us an
email along with your order number so we can expedite tracking and follow up with the
courier. There could be possible delays due to unforeseen circumstances but rest
assured, we will do our best to fulfill your order with this time frame.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDERS?
We go the extra mile to ensure the quality of our products. Returns and exchanges are not allowed once it goes out of our cold storage facilities. Perishable goods are also exempted from being returned.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE THAT I CAN GO TO?
None as of the moment.
DOES YOUR PRODUCT HAVE MSG?
Your health and wellness are important to us. We do not add MSG in our products. However, our products are NOT MSG-free because some of the ingredients we use (e.g., condiments) contain traces of MSG.
DO YOU ADD CHEMICAL PRESERVATIVES TO YOUR PRODUCT?
No, we do not add any preservatives or chemical additives to enhance flavor and extend our product’s shelf life. We are consistently working towards getting the best suppliers and sources of ingredients. Our dedicated team is relentlessly searching and researching to procure natural, organic, and non-GMO based ingredients.
WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT'S SHELF LIFE?
We put a ‘Best Before’ date on all our products and we assure you that we always deliver fresh stocks.
DO YOU ALLOW PICK-UP FOR ORDERS?
We hope you understand that our current delivery system does not include pick-up.
IS YOUR MUSHROOM SISIG VEGAN?
Due to a very minimal amount of mayonnaise and egg, it is not. It is, however, vegetarian-friendly.
DO YOU USE LARD LIKE THE TRADITIONAL SISIG?
No. We use a healthier plant-based oil as an alternative.
